About Military Toolkit

Military Toolkit is built by Guilherme, an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force stationed at Eglin AFB. The site is developed and maintained under Correia Virtus LLC.

The catalyst was simple and personal: like every military family, mine has gone through PCS moves where the "easy questions" — what's my DLA, will I profit on a PPM, what does BAH look like at the new station, when does FSA kick in — required hunting through 10+ websites, outdated PDFs, branch-specific forums, and second-hand Facebook posts. I watched fellow Airmen lose real money because the math was hidden behind unfriendly government documents.

So I built the toolkit I wanted to use myself: free, fast, mobile-friendly, and cited line-by-line to JTR / DoD FMR / U.S. Code / IRS publications. I expanded it into a full spectrum tool covering joining (ASVAB), serving (pay, deployment, promotion), pivoting (transition, SkillBridge, salary translator), and post-service (VA benefits, retirement, survivor planning) — because every phase of the military life cycle has the same problem of scattered information.

I'm a husband and parent. The privacy and security choices on this site reflect that: no accounts, no tracking of family details, no selling user data. Whatever benefit my own family gains by using these tools is the same benefit I want every military family to have — at zero cost, with no paywall.
