Summary of changes, as printed
This document has been substantially revised and needs to be completely reviewed. Major changes include revision of language to account for the establishment of the USSF and clarification of SAF/IA responsibilities in support of the USSF. The Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP) and Administrative Personnel Exchange Program (APEP) are now managed by Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, International Airmen Division (SAF/IAPA) and will be incorporated in the next revision of AFI 16-107 Military Personnel Exchange Program. 1.
