Summary of changes, as printed

This document includes substantial revisions and must be completely reviewed. The order of chapter 2 and chapter 3 has been switched in order to be in accordance with guidance in DAFMAN 90-161, which states that the chapter for Roles and Responsibilities should come after the overview chapter and before substantial body information. This rewrite removes Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) content which has been moved to Department of Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 32-7067, Environmental Baseline Surveys in Real Property Transactions. This rewrite updates emerging chemicals, updates community involvement, updates administrative and record accomplishment, updates office symbols, removes duplicative material, and streamlines remediation procedures and approval processes. This document incorporates the requirement of a regional hydrogeologic/stratigraphic conceptual site model for all sites that have not achieved response complete. A checklist for use in evaluating proposed or contemplated on-base construction sites has been added.
