Per reference (a), CMC (MFP-1) is responsible for Marine Corps Dependency Determinations as they relate to BAH, and travel and transportation entitlements as it pertains to the disposition of all Secondary Dependency Determination applications, doubtful relationships, and any questionable lawful dependents, and support matters. Enclosure (1) provides procedural guidance in determining relationships or dependency for BAH entitlements.
