Synopsis as published on the index
The mission of the MCNAFAS is to provide the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC), commanders, and managers with independent and objective value-added audits of Marine Corps NAFIs and other entities. MCNAFAS carries out the Marine Corps NAFI audit function under the operational and technical control of the Director, Marine Corps Non-Appropriated Fund Audit Service (DIR MCNAFAS).
