Purpose, in the publication’s words

The goal of the TFRC is to synchronize recruiting and accession efforts across the total force to include RegAF, USSF, AFR, ANG, Air Force Civilian, USAFA, and AFROTC entities. The focus of the TFRC is to combine, integrate, partner and/or synchronize recruiting efforts to the greatest extent feasible and advisable, while meeting Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF), and Chief of Space Operations (CSO) intent.

Summary of changes, as printed

This interim change revises DAFMAN 36-2032 by deleting DEIA and gender references; updating BMI language to match DoDI 1308.03; and to correct tiering and references for enlisted age verifications and age restrictions that affect enlisted members for retirement. This interim change also includes previously approved USSF language for prior service enlisted applicants for USSF; and includes language for the new USSF to RegAF Transfer Program. A margin bar (|) indicates newly revised material.
