Fails composite or any component minimum
⚠ One or more components below 60 pts — fails regardless of composite.
Scoring for: Male, age 25–29 · Physical Fitness Readiness Assessment (PFRA)
Per-component score
Shape of your score across every component. A balanced shape means no component is dragging the composite down.
Holding your current performance constant, how would the composite shift across every age bracket? Older brackets have more forgiving anchors.
Age bracket: 25–29

v2 — Real published tables, not curve-fits.
Every 60-pt and 100-pt anchor in this calculator is pulled directly from the branch's official scoring PDF (linked on each branch's card). Scoring between anchors is linear — it matches the published tables within ~1–2 points. Coast Guard 100-pt anchors are approximated pending the PFT Guide release on the PRP SharePoint. Always verify retention-critical scores with your unit fitness leader against the official PDF.
About this entitlement
This calculator computes scores for the current official fitness tests of each U.S. uniformed service using the scoring tables published in each branch's governing instruction: the Army Fitness Test (AFT) under AR 350-1; the Air and Space Force Physical Fitness and Readiness Assessment (PFRA) under DAFMAN 36-2905; the Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) under OPNAVINST 6110.1L; the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT) under MCO 6100.13A with ADMIN CH-5; and the Coast Guard Physical Readiness Program (PRP) under ALCOAST 007/26 and COMDTINST 6200.1E.
Every threshold is taken directly from the published scoring PDF — for Army from AFT_Scoring_Scales_250601.pdf, for the Air Force from the AFPC PFRA charts dated 23 Sep 2025, for the Navy from Guide-5A dated Dec 2025, and for the Marine Corps from MCO 6100.13A with ADMIN CH-5. Coast Guard values are drawn from ALCOAST-published minimums; 100-point anchors are approximated pending PFT Guide release.

Each exercise in this calculator has two anchor values per age bracket per sex: the 60-point threshold (passing in most branches) and the 100-point threshold (maximum). The service-specific minimum pass is encoded separately (Army/Air Force/Coast Guard: 60; Navy: 50 per OPNAVINST 6110.1L; Marines: 40 per MCO 6100.13A) and governs the pass/fail logic. Scores between anchors are linearly interpolated, which matches the published per-rep and per-second tables within ~1–2 points across the scored range.
The composite is the sum of component scores (or a weighted sum for the Air Force's 50-20-15-15 PFRA). Composite thresholds and category labels are taken from each branch's published grade bands.
